Mirvat, 'subtle' change of subject. Thanks Haidar. it's italian.. well, it's from the Tosca libretto. 'vissi d'arte, vissi d'amore' is I lived for art, I lived for love. and the picture, is walking up the steps of the metropolitan museum in NY... I meant to show contrast between the lower darker part of the picture, and the hopeful brighter upper part, where art, and hopefully love is... and this was a follow up on a conversation I had with Mirvat the other night, so my apologies for being a little bit esoteric, hehehe....
