Orpheus has lost his Eurydice…
Jean Baptiste Camille (Orpheus Leading Eurydice from the Underworld)
Nothing equals his grief.
What cruel fate! He succumbs to his pain.
Eurydice! Answer him. Listen to his voice.
What suffering! What misfortune!
Fatal silence! Vain hope!
He has lost his Eurydice…
Gluck (Orphee et Eurydice)

well, plenty more eurydices in the jungle :)
c'etait lui qui l'a perdue.
she vanished. wiped her tears, got a boob job and moved to LA :)
you think rouba?
shw was kidnapped by a beast...
she's a prisoner,
and his memory is her only life....
and all he had to do was strum his harp and put her to sleep
his ambivalence & anxiety caused him to look back at that critical moment (in my version to check that she was really "the one")... sentencing her to the underwrodl eternally. Under her breath, incensed, she must have been whispering, "motherf-er"... :)
Hahaha. I love your comment!
which is true, he was checking if she were 'the one'... but could be that he was checking if she were the 'same', if the underworld hasn't changed her..
right-- tinged by death, and thereby made less attractive! :) but now i will have to draft the 'how have you changed' version... :)
