Ghassan, that's a total crab cannon. I don't know if you read my post about Godel Escher Bach, but in the book the author discusses these types of phenomona from different points of view, literary, artistic, logistic, and musical. I said the dialogue that opens up the chapter was very amusing, so I'm gonna link it here if you get a chance read it: http://www.evl.uic.edu/swami/crabcanon of course it's not gonna make much sense, but I thought the structure was fun.
Yes, I meant it to be symmetrical, based on the shape of the text, but sequential in terms of events. I have to read the book. I was writing something about Bach a while ago, probably I'll post it and see what you think.
